PBC (West) Energy Workout

Scott Hamilton considers himself to be a people person who loves to see others succeed with their fitness goals.
 
Scott attended the University of Guelph (1999-2002) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at Guelph, Scott also pursued an athletic career in football and later he ran on the track team. He played four years of varsity football and ran one year of track for the Gryphons. During this time, Scott also got involved with the strength and conditioning program and quickly became one of the senior leaders and monitors in the football weight room. It is here where Scott’s love for personal training began to evolve. But it doesn’t stop there. During the summer months Scott helped coach minor football with the Guelph Bears football association. Upon completing his schooling, Scott pursued a career in the fitness industry working in sales for a major fitness retailer. Through this career path he met Paul Walker and shortly after joined the Integrity Fitness team.
 
He is passionate about training the Integrity Fitness women and creating exciting and energetic classes. He believes that with each small step you take towards your fitness goals, the results will continue to make you grow physically and mentally.

Anne-Elise Allegritti

In life, sometimes we need to take multiple paths in order to find the right one for us, and for Anne-Elise, this was no different.
 
Upon completing her studies in Journalism and Languages she decided to take the Certified Personal Training course since her love for fitness began to grow with each passing year. Once she became certified she was eager to get involved in training others and helping to make an impact in their lives.
 
Once she joined the Integrity Fitness team, she quickly realized that this was the path she needed to be on. Since she was already a successful client for years at Integrity Fitness, it was the perfect opportunity for her to be on the other side and train the women – since she already knew what they wanted and needed. Anne-Elise is a positive individual who takes pride in everything she does. She is creative in her planning and is constantly looking for ways to challenge her fitness knowledge as well as her clients.

This workout uses the most calories while pumping out a major endorphin(feel good hormone) release.OurEnergy Workout (THR) is an elite workout that uses advanced heart rate technology that will challenge you through a fast paced cardio and core workout. The more we keep you moving with our high intensity exercises, the more effective your body will become at burning calories and boosting your metabolism. Then, just when you thought your body has had enough, we will incorporate some effective core movements to help you achieve that tight and toned mid-section. WARNING: Once your training is complete, you will experience a tremendous amount of energy, you will feel revitalized and your body will trigger the release of endorphins giving you an overall feeling of happiness and well-being.
