Some believe they will never find their true calling, not to mention their true passion … AND make it their profession. Fortunately for Donald, he was able to do both. Upon completing his Bachelor's Degree in Urban & Regional (City Design) Planning with a minor in Sociology at Ryerson University, Donald hopped from job to job, and experienced a number of career changes while simultaneously raising his two sons. Given his dissatisfaction with the paths he’d taken thus far, Donald finally committed himself to one goal: to do whatever it took to turn his passion into a career.

As of today, Donald is not only successful as a Certified Personal Trainer but he is also an aspiring professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. Donald has thousands of hours of experience in a wide range of fitness training concepts including personal training, small group training, boot camp classes and martial arts privates. Using the passion, knowledge and experience he has accumulated training both himself and others, Donald instills motivation and encouragement in his clients to change their lives for the better.
Donald's training philosophy encompasses everything related to overall physical fitness, with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, toning and cardiovascular performance.

  • Do you want to feel more energetic to and feel great? Do you want to feel lighter and get a good old fashioned sweat? This workout uses the most calories while pumping out a major endorphin(feel good hormone) release. Our Energy Workout (THR) is an elite workout that uses advanced heart rate technology that will challenge you through a fast paced cardio and core workout. The more we keep you moving with our high intensity exercises, the more effective your body will become at burning calories and boosting your metabolism. Then, just when you thought your body has had enough, we will incorporate some effective core movements to help you achieve that tight and toned mid-section. WARNING: Once your training is complete, you will experience a tremendous amount of energy, you will feel revitalized and your body will trigger the release of endorphins giving you an overall feeling of happiness and well-being.

  • PBC (East) Building a Better Upper Body Workout
  • Love it or hate it, lifting weights is essential for more than toning, it is needed for bone density, metabolism and strength. No one feels good when they are weak. Do you know what the secret to a trainer’s success is in achieving a strong and lean physique? It’s simple – strength training. If you are looking to achieve more definition and build strength, then this class must be put into your training schedule. Science has proven what we already know, more lean muscle means reduced body fat and a faster metabolism. In our sessions you will learn to build your upper body strength and add more definition to your arms, back and chest. It is true, you will burn less total calories but your body fat burn will be much higher helping you to achieve a leaner physique.

  • Do you want the perfect workout that will make a you feel great? How about a second workout that hits the legs and core while targeting heart health. Our signature workout has evolved. We are going to focus on firming up your glutes and thighs for knockout curves and we’re going to burn insane calories doing it. But there’s more! We will also take your core strength to the next level. Your trainer will start you off with some dynamic and powerful lower body movements that will have your legs burning and muscles getting tighter. As the burn starts to intensify, your trainer will give you a cardio move that will get your heart rate up and into the fat burning zone, followed by a safe but effective core exercise proven to tighten and tone the mid-section. The entire workout will be about ‘TONE THE LEGS & THEN EAT THE BODY FAT”. This is how we do Beach Body at Integrity Fitness.

  • WHAT IS BOOT CAMP? MOVE. MOVE. MOVE. MOVE THAT BODY IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Sunday is a favourite day for many to train. We intentionally put classic boot camp class where it belongs, on Sunday to eat up those weekend calories! Our famous classic boot camp gives you a blend of ‘old school exercises’ with cardio and weight training to help get you ready for the week ahead.

  • M30 (West) Pure Metcon
  • This is not the workout that will ease you into the weekend - it is the one that will get you all fired up. Don’t miss out on the workout that will train your entire body from head to toe using intense movements to make your body feel tight. Believe you can and you’re half way there. We have prepared your body all week for this style of loaded movement training. The proven method of muscle hyper-trophy – increasing the size of your muscles – is guaranteed to burn calories while building a chiseled lean body. Our goal is to push you out of your comfort zone and bring your workouts to the next level of training. Leading into the weekend, we will develop a combination circuit consisting of muscle burn, strength building and heart pounding exercises that will recruit more muscle fibers, increase your fat loss potential and develop a well-toned physique.

  • M30 (West) Pure Metcon (Hybrid Session)
