This is one rule that Palmira lives by. Throughout her childhood Palmira was never active and struggled with her weight. Upon completing her studies she graduated in the Advertising: Media & Sales program. As she embarked in her career she began to get involved with fitness and found that she had a true passion for exercising and being healthy.
 
After she transformed herself she realized that she wanted to help others and make a difference in their lives. Upon receiving her personal training certificate, she decided to change careers and do something she truly loved. She joined Integrity Fitness and with every opportunity available to her she continues to grow.
 
She is relentless and tenacious with her training. She has a passion to make a difference in her clients lives at all costs. As long as you have the will to make a change, Palmira has the passion to show you!
