After completing is academic journey at York University and obtaining his degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences, Sam practiced as a Certified Kinesiologist with experience in exercise rehabilitative therapy. His philosophy embodies the mind + body + soul connection to the individual and their fitness lifestyle. Sam is a motivator and creator of his words and his actions. He believes in building a strong core foundation with each one of his clients along with a positive mindset in order to help them achieve their goals.

If you are looking to achieve more definition and build strength, then this class must be put into your training schedule. Science has proven what we already know, more lean muscle means reduced body fat and a faster metabolism. In our sessions you will learn to build your upper body strength and add more definition to your arms, back and chest. It is true, you will burn less total calories but your body fat burn will be much higher helping you to achieve a leaner physique.

This workout uses the most amount of calories while pumping out a major endorphin(feel good hormone) release.Just like Tuesday’s Energy Workout we incorporate our IMPACT TARGET HEART RATE TRAINING (THR) methods that challenge you through fast paced cardio moves and core exercises that are effective in tightening your midsection. WARNING: Once your training is complete, you will experience a tremendous amount of energy, you will feel revitalized and your body will trigger the release of endorphins giving you an overall feeling of happiness and well-being.

  • T.G.I.M. METCON is designed to stimulate every muscle in your body, including your heart? Feel lethargic? This is the workout for you!After your five minute warm-up, this workout is going to pick you up and charge your energy system for the next 30 minutes. This science proven workout will be 100% satisfying and help you towards your goals. Big muscle groups, big effort, big results!

  • T.G.I.M. METCON is designed to stimulate every muscle in your body, including your heart? Feel lethargic? This is the workout for you!

Members from both programs can attend this session.
