During the Integrity Fitness 8 week lifestyle challenge we asked the ladies to submit their 'Best Power Shake Recipe'. The requirements were that the recipe must be 350-500 calories and must include: vegetables, healthy fats and 25 grams or more of protein. The winner received a tub of Verde Protein Powder.
