IMPACT TRAINING Definitions

All of the workouts at PBC are freshly designed daily to meet our world class standards of exercise diversity, training principles, and expert supervision.  At PBC we personalize each day of the week with new training styles, concepts and structure that will provide our clients variety and motivating workouts. Each day will bring results oriented fitness plans that are fun and challenging to any level of trainee.  We pride ourselves on being industry experts in group fitness in both program design and results.
 

 

HOW TO PICK YOUR TRAINING GUIDE

 

Choose the level of difficulty first. At PBC, we have three levels of difficulty for our training:

 


Level I- Bold, Level II- Insanity, Level III- Hardcore.

 

The purpose of having these three stages is to challenge our clients that have different fitness levels by increasing the difficulty, decreasing the rest.

 

Bold:  is defined as a PBC workout session that welcomes many levels of ambitious fitness seekers. They are finely planned work-outs that are dynamic and vigorous. They will stimulate the metabolism and change your body

 

Insanity: is defined as a PBC high intensity training session with minimum rest periods. Expect more complicated and challenging movements. Most recommended for injury free, advanced clients with lots of prior boot camp experience. It is for the tenacious and fierce trainee.

 

Hardcore: is defined as a PBC workout session that is physically challenging that will push you to your limits. You move at your maximum pace, and will keep moving while performing challenging movements. You must push yourself and train like you want to make this work-out your last!

 
TRAINING FOR TONING AND STRENGTH- MONDAY(upper)/TUESDAY (lower) / SATURDAY (total body)

 

Bubble Butt Workout
OUR SPECIALTY! No one does it better!– A high intensity work-out of thigh toning exercises and butt lifting training movements. These sessions will have some intense bouts of cardio to maximize fat loss with a healthy amount of core training to strengthen/tone the belly. Eight weeks of this and your Lululemons will have never looked better! This class is will change your lower body!

Academy I  (Bold) – Classic Circuit training
Classic never goes out of style because it has it place in the fitness world. Why- because it works! Our trainers will create a circuit of high intensity anaerobic (resistance) training designed to be easily followed while targeting fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. – Very similar to the Beach Body workout, but emphasis is on upper body. The will be a small amount of  The aerobic (cardio) training, and creative balance training at times.

Academy II – Hardcore and Heavy Strength and Power Circuit training
To develop true toning and that “fit” look, weights and strength training are vital. Our power circuits are cardio free with weight training that is strenuous and demanding. Challenging does not fully describe the mental fortitude required to finish this session.

PBC High Intensity Cross Fitness
The name says it all! Your trainer will build a work-out that combines strength & conditioning. You will be challenges with a variety of high intensity, functional movement exercises.  Your workouts will be short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. Weights and strength training are vital during this workout. Giant sets, interval training, and heart pounding Tabata training will be used.

TRAINING FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND CARDIO- WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY

 

Beach Body Work-out
This is a blend of “Real Boot Camp” and the “Bubble Butt Work-out”. Lots of heart pounding cardio to strip away the fat  but….we will challenge your abs & hit the legs with a crazy circuit. A small amount of attention to arms will also be sprinkled in. This is a barrage of resistance (anaerobic) only circuits that are designed to tone and tighten everything below the ribs and burn some major calories. This will be a fantastic way to supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and start reaching those goals that you have set for yourself.

Real Cardio Boot Camp
Another PBC Specialty! A “moving cardio” circuit. A compilation of exercises that will keep you moving up, down, over and side-to-side. Each week new work-outs are built to never repeat themselves twice.

2-IN-1 TRAINING - TRAINING FOR TONING AND WEIGHTLOSS - FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY

 

Classic Boot Camp - ½ weights training ½ cardio training
A PBC trainer(s) will split this boot camp into two very separate sections. One segment will feature a PBC trainer making an extraordinary thirty minutes, exclusively focusing on a toning circuit (resistance training), with emphasis on total body exercises. The second segment will have a PBC trainer take a full thirty minutes for aerobic (cardio) and core circuit designed to burn as many calories as possible, and to shed that much fat.

3-2-1 Boot Camp Friday/Sunday
This is a great weight loss training day that you cannot miss. If weight loss is your priority get these two days into your schedule! Your workout will entail 3 parts cardio (50%), 2 parts weighted circuit(33%) and  1 part Abs/core (17%). A perfect blend of fitness to for TOTAL fitness.

Love Your Body (Saturday)
The name says it all! Your trainer will build a work-out that combines strength & conditioning. You will be challenges with a variety of high intensity, functional movement exercises. Your workouts will be short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. You'll experience flexibility, balance, and core strength linked with smooth transitions and movement.

Get Your Sexy Back
Looking for the ultimate flab melter? Learn from a champion. Our trainers know how to get a women’s body tight.  They will design a new work-out every week that will strengthen, condition, and define muscle like nothing else can. This is not and an aerobic class, it is a total body training session that eats calories and will push your muscles hard. If toning is your goal, this is a must do class!
