ISO SENSATION 93

Lactose intolerant? ISO Sensation 93 uses the cross flow microfiltration process to filter out all of the fat and lactoseis a plus. In addition, Iso Sensation 93 contains the lactase enzyme. For those who don’t know, lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose, so any traces of lactose in this product are thoroughly removed.

Ingredient Profile  – 10/10!

Iso Sensation 93 has 30 grams of protein per 32 gram scoop. This is an outstanding number (93%), considering most WPIs contain 22-25 grams per 30 gram scoop (73-83%). In addition to the digestive enzymes, there’s also an added glutamine complex, I’m assuming to assist with recovery. There is also Alpha Lipoic Acid and 4-hydroxyisoleucine, which in theory are insulin-regulating agents that have been shown in some studies to shift the absorption of nutrients into muscle cells and away from fat cells. Iso Sensation 93 does contain sucralose, however a natural version with no flavors or colors is also available.

GLUTAMINE

Glutamine- this is a supplement you should try not to miss taking! If you are new to training or training every day then you should consider adding this to your group of supplements.

What you should know:

Glutamine is an amino acid found in our body and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. It is produced in the muscles and is distributed by the blood to the organs that need it. Glutamine helps with gut function, the immune system, and other essential functions in the body, especially in times of stress. When you do train hard, your Glutamine levels greatly deplete in your body, which decreases strength and recovery. Did you know it can take up to 6 days for your Glutamine levels to return back to normal! Therefore, maintaining your supplementation even when you are not training for a couple of days is important for your overall health.

There are many tips that we can offer to help you stay on track, but one of the most important things we need a friendly reminder on is supplementation. Whether you miss one, two or three days of classes, your body still needs some internal maintenance. One of my go-to supplements is Glutamine.
