Susie’s Strong Journey

After having my second child I had stopped working out for a couple of years and was finding it difficult to get myself back to the gym. I found that I was lacking energy and I knew I had to do something about it. It was time that I starting thinking about myself again. I was looking for a gym that would challenge me, motivate me and help me get back on track with my fitness plan.  In 2009, I was introduced to Integrity Fitness and since then I haven’t looked back. Integrity Fitness was exactly what I needed. I had finally found a gym that provided me with the intensity, motivation and guidance that I needed to reach my fitness goals. What does the 2017 Top Fitness Club Award by Top Choice mean to us?

They say ‘with hard work great things will come’. We worked hard in 2016 to earn the Top Choice Fitness Club Award for 2017. I can say without hesitation that our team was the hardest working crew in the GTA. We pushed the limits with all the changes in the club, I felt it, and I know my team did. 2016 was a year of many amazing changes that would change things for our ladies and the team for years to come. We added fabulous new team members, revolutionized programming, trend setting heart rate training, and a brand new shiny facility. Daily I would walk into work with pride as my team from the front desk right to trainers would be hustling and fussing over making our ladies very happy. At the end of the day, service and world class training is our top priority. With great gratitude and appreciation we where voted by you for all our hard work in 2016 to be the top club in 2017.   THANK YOU! Excellence starts and ends as a team. 20+ staff working as one to create a fitness community that is unmatched. We love what we do and we love that you love us for it. I personally want to take a moment and thank everybody for their loyalty, support and ongoing commitment to hard work when training! I am busy 24/7. Here’s How I Find Time To Exercise, Eat Right, And Have Fun

I’m busy 24/7! I am constantly keeping myself in check to create some calm and routine. As a busy teacher, personal trainer, mom and fitness junkie, I’ve found that small things lead to big changes. My favourite quote of all time is from Saint Francis of Assisi, “Start by doing what is necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you’re doing the impossible.” Ithas been my mantra for many tough situations that I may find myself in, like managing a hectic schedule.
