We are taking the Target Heart Rate Program in a new direction for 2018. Here at Integrity Fitness we believe in Target Heart Rate training and all the benefits that it can provide the end user to enhance their training.
We believe it will continue to give you tangible data to track, it will continue to motivate you to train harder and smarter during your workouts. We believe it will allow you to train the way you want to train so that you are getting faster results that you desire. That is why we are launching the new THR Healthy Heart Club.
If you currently own the Polar Heart Rate Monitor that you purchased through Integrity Fitness, then you will have a chance to continue to use your device and at the same time have a chance to enter exclusive contests to win prizes and discounts on our Integrity Fitness products and services. Sound exciting?
First you need to have purchased or previously owned a Polar Heart Rate device, you also need to have a Instagram or Facebook account. You will have to enroll into the club by signing up. You will need to where your device during your workouts and post your results afterwards. Above all you will need to have lots of fun doing it. Once you have done all that you are ready to train and win all kinds of cool stuff.

Who can join and how?

We will announce when you will be able to enroll in the THR Healthy Heart Club, anyone who has purchased or already owns a Polar Heart Rate device is eligible to join. Once you have joined you will be put on a exclusive email list and will be sent emails on up and coming events and contest.


What are some of the prizes I can win?

We will run multiple contests per month for both Boot Camp and Metcon30 programs. Members will have a chance to win a variety of prizes and Integrity Fitness services like free personal training sessions, discounts on pro shop, free classes, etc. Other prizes available to be won are: Tim Hortons Gift Cards, Lululemon Gift Cards, Tank Tops, Fresh House Juice, Integrity Fitness Gift Cards and much more.


How will the contests work?

We will run different contests per month for both programs. For example we will run a contest to see who can burn the most calories over the next 4 workouts or the person who burns the most calories over the next 4 days. Other contest will focus in on zone training, for example who can have the most minutes in the yellow zone. You will be asked to post your results through either Instagram or Facebook to qualify.


What other events?

Periodically we will reward the THR Healthy Heart Club members with free specialty classes that will be held on the weekends so that all members can have a chance to join. These classes will be specifically designed towards Target Heart Rate training and only THR Healthy Heart Club members are eligible to sign up for these classes. We will also have healthy eating seminars to give you the inside scoop on what will keep your heart health and how to eat clean.

So bring out those heart rate straps and let’s keep working on making that heart super strong and tone the body while we are at it. Starting the week of  March 12th.



We may not realize it, but we make decisions everyday, all day long. Every second of the day, we have thoughts and these thoughts are shaping our decisions. And we do it unconsciously.
Once we have a thought, we immediately go to what does that MEAN to us?
* Pain, pleasure, work, fun, happy, sad, regret, family, work, time-consuming.
But how do our thoughts instantly become feelings? How did we attach a MEANING to all “things/events”?
What “things/events “MEAN” to us is always determined by what we compare or contrast them to. This process gives us a feeling and in turn, drives our focus, our thoughts and ultimately, our actions.
For example:
It is Monday morning and you have a busy day, and you look outside and it’s snowing? Can you feel that?
It is the July long weekend and you check the weather and it is sunny, perfectly warm and no rain or clouds in sight? Can you feel that?
You go to that awesome restaurant on a busy Saturday and you’re hungry, and there is no line. Or there is a massive line. Can you feel that?
That is MEANING- it has a feeling and it can change your state and mood instantly.
If we learn to apply a positive meaning in a not-so-good situation, we can change the MEANING and create a more positive perspective. We can enhance our focus and actions. Need a clearer definition?
Have you ever been in the ZONE? Of course you have, we all have. The ZONE is that total head-to-toe incredible vibe and energy that makes us THINK BIG, CONQUER, AND MOVE ANYTHING out of the way. We are mentally empowered and we can go through almost anything and, feel good. When we are in the ZONE, we love it. We want more of it. We ask ourselves, “Why don’t I feel like this all the time?”
When you are in the ZONE, you apply a more positive MEANING to things and you see things very clearly and as they really are. When we feel good, we look at things with the “glass ½ full”. When we feel bad, we look at things as “glass ½ empty”. How do we make ourselves feel good all the time?
