The reformer is an incredibly effective tool—but only when it’s taught properly. That’s why we emphasize: core engagement and control, proper alignment and breathing, smoothcontrolled movement, and technique before intensity.
This is where everyone starts. You learn setup, springs, posture, breathing, safe movement patterns, andsmooth transitions on/off the machine.
Build on Level 1 with increased resistance, smoother sequencing, added challenge, and continuedinstructor guidance—without sacrificing form.
Entry into Level 2 is based on consistency, technique, and instructor approval. Level 2 introduces: more complex sequencing, greater balance and coordination demands, faster transitions, and increased load and control.
Level 3 is designed for experienced clients. This level includes: advanced movement patterns, higher coordination and balance demands, faster tempo and flow, and greater independence on the reformer.
