I want to design a challenge that will help ladies take action and help build a lifestyle that flows seamlessly and works for their lifestyle. This challenge will be a true transformation challenge.

When we think transformation and boot camp, we tend to think of weight loss and dieting. While we have helped thousands of women lose weight in our challenges, the true essence of the challenges has been mind and body transformations. Our experience has taught us that we need to give you more, we need to be better leaders. We know that for 90% of the population that weight loss alone will not create a lasting emotion that will keep you engaged in a healthy lifestyle. We know that we need to add more levels to our challenges to help clients feel better, less stressed, and help build a lifestyle that has a healthy flow to it.

In this challenge, we will reward all ladies who meet their own expectations. All challengers will be asked what they desire most from the challenge and what sweat investment they will make. If they hit that goal, they win. But for the competitive type, there will be a top transformation prize as well.

What Do Women Want For 2022?

In our recent survey of over 100 women, we learned that 62% of women are looking for that fresh start and total body reset. With that said, 27% of ladies have a good lifestyle and would love to “up” their current lifestyle. The surprise was that 62% of ladies did not need or want a reward incentive, but more coaching, planning, and strong leadership to help them. They want to feel connected while 38% of ladies are inspired by a reward.

A personal competitive journey with the support of a group of like-minded ladies who want to take their life into peak state in 30-days mentally, physically, and habitually. We will take you to that peak state by using movement, training, nutrition, education, bio hacks, and early mornings habits.

I’m Sang! That’s short for Sangeetha (Sang-gee-thuh). I wear A TON of hats throughout my days. My favourite? Definitely the ‘coach’ hat. This one I can’t quite leave off for too long. It’s kinda just embedded in me and suits me REALLY well. Let me change up my tone for a second. I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition Coach, Educator, Personal Trainer, Athlete and most importantly Human. I’m on a mission to remove food restriction, food guilt & fling food fear FAR FAR away. It just doesn’t have room in our everyday lives. I know this and you most certainly should as well. You can achieve your body composition and performance goals when you ditch the diet mentality and diet culture. Did I mention it saves your mental wellbeing as well? I’ve got a huge emphasis on education and promoting practical nutrition strategies for everyday life. At the end of the day when you know better, you do better.
