Reformer Pilates
Small-Group Coaching. Built on Strong Foundations.
Reformer Pilates at Integrity Fitness is designed for women who want to feel stronger, move better, and train with confidence — without rushing into workouts they’re not ready for.
Why Our Reformer Pilates Works
The reformer is an incredibly effective tool — but only when it’s taught properly.
At Integrity Fitness, we emphasize:
- core engagement and control
- proper alignment and breathing
- smooth, controlled movement
- technique before intensity
By slowing things down at the beginning, clients build confidence, learn the machine, and develop the skills needed to progress safely and successfully.
This approach leads to:
- better results
- fewer setbacks
- stronger long-term progress
Our Level System: Built for Confidence & Progression
We don’t rush clients into advanced classes. Instead, we guide them through a clear progression system.
Level 1 — Foundations
This is where everyone starts. Level 1 focuses on learning the reformer properly — including setup, springs, posture, breathing, safe movement patterns, and smooth transitions on and off the machine. This level builds confidence and removes the fear or confusion many people feel when trying Reformer Pilates for the first time.
Level 1.5 — Progression
Level 1.5 builds on those foundations. Clients experience: increased resistance, smoother sequencing, added challenge, and continued instructor guidance. This level bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate training, allowing clients to progress without sacrificing form.
March Progression: Intermediate & Advanced Levels
Level 2 — Intermediate
Level 2 introduces: more complex sequencing, greater balance and coordination demands, faster transitions, and increased load and control. Entry into Level 2 is based on consistency, technique, and instructor approval.
Level 3 — Advanced
Level 3 is designed for experienced clients who have earned the right to train at a higher level. This level includes: advanced movement patterns, higher coordination and balance demands, faster tempo and flow, and greater independence on the reformer. Not every client needs to reach Level 3 — and that’s intentional. Our goal is long-term success, not rushing progression.
Reformer Pilates Progression: Level 1.5 vs Level 3
In this video, you’re seeing the same five Reformer Pilates exercises, performed at different levels — and the differences matter more than most people realize.
Both instructors are doing the same movements, but the requirements change significantly as you progress from Level 1.5 (Progression) into Level 2 / 3 work.
Sandra Explains Our Reformer Pilates Approach
Sandra has been a professional trainer for over 25 years — and even with decades of experience, she fully supports starting Reformer Pilates at Level 1 and Level 1.5.
Why? Because results don’t come from complicated flows. They come from mastering the basics.
