Hi ladies,
We just wrapped up our 21 Days Hard Challenge, and there was one lesson that stood out above everything else…
It wasn’t just about what people ate.
It was about what they couldn’t eat.
When we removed processed foods, something powerful happened.
It forced people to pause.
Think about it…
Normally, you walk into the kitchen, open the pantry, grab something quick — a bar, crackers, a snack — and you don’t even think twice.
It’s automatic. It’s a habit loop.
But during this challenge… that option was gone.
So what happened?
People had to stop.
They had to think.
“What do I eat now?”
“Am I actually hungry?”
“Or am I just tired, stressed, or bored?”
And that moment right there — that pause — is where everything changed.
One client said it perfectly:
“I ask myself now… am I really hungry or just eating because I’m tired or stressed?”
That awareness doesn’t come from dieting.
It comes from removing the default behaviors.
And this lines up directly with what we know from research.
Highly processed foods are designed to be fast, convenient, and rewarding, which means they bypass decision-making and reinforce automatic eating habits.
When you remove them, you interrupt that loop — and the brain is forced to become more intentional.
That’s exactly what we saw.
Women didn’t just eat better — they started thinking differently.
- Cravings dropped
- Snacking between meals decreased
- Energy became more stable
- Bloating improved
- Control around food came back
And yes — weight loss followed (2–13 lbs in 21 days).
But more importantly…
Habits changed.
Because when you remove the easy option, you create space for better decisions.
And once someone experiences that level of control, it’s very hard to go back.
That’s why we’re hearing things like:
“This isn’t just a challenge anymore, it’s my lifestyle.”
That’s the goal.
Not restriction. Not perfection.
Awareness, control, and better choices — repeated daily.
We’ll be opening up the next round soon.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in that cycle of “grab and go” eating…this might be exactly what you need to break it.
