In Studio Bootcamp: Week 1
Our new program revolves between week 1 and week 2, where week 1 gives more time for Warm up, cool downs and focuses on Moderate Intensity.
What Week 1 is all about
New program, same principles.
Even though the program is new, we are still keeping the things you love doing.
1. Fresh Workouts Daily & Weekly.
2. Enhancing our circuit training program.
3. Upgrading our Bubble Butt program to 3.0!
4. Always in a class setting!
5. More focus on overall wellbeing.
Monday: Academy I
If your goal includes improving your cardio, strength, endurance, mobility, agility, while burning fat and staying lean and fit, you need to join our Academy I on Mondays! We put an emphasis on Cardio training during Mondays and focus a little less on Resistance training.
TARGET: Cardio-Lift
Tuesday: Academy II
Shape, tone, and define your smaller muscle groups! The day after Academy 1 on Mondays, our workout focuses more on resistance training while emphasizes your three big muscle groups which are your legs, chest, and back, We will work on toning the biceps, triceps, shoulders and of course, more core! These types of exercises will not focus on burning calories like a cardio-focused day.
TARGET: Lift- Cardio
Wednesday: Academy I
Our boot camp on Wednesdays are focused on movement & agility and really challenging our client’s cardiovascular endurance. While working out on a moderate intense set on week 1, we will push your heart rate moderately while incorporating some functional movements and strength exercises as we focus more on cardio training.
TARGET: Cardio-Lift
Thursday: Bubble Butt 3.0
Squat, lunge and deadlift your way to a bubble butt 3.0! Let us show you how our new favorite work out day of the week is . A full lower body workout which includes targeting all those glutes muscles in order for them be targeted correctly as well give more definition on top-notch shape that will last throughout most parts time frame - we're not limiting ourselves from doing only squats or lunges when there is so much else going down at this bootcamp session.
TARGET MUSCLES: E.B.T.R (Everything below the ribs). Primary areas are all muscles groups in the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and then core & calves.
Friday: Classic Bootcamp
That’s right, our classic bootcamp will still be here! Our classic bootcamp has been remastered while keeping the same principles as before but you will be challenged like never before with fast pace workouts that are high energy to burn tons of calories while increasing not only cardio endurance but also strength levels too - all this without sacrificing any core muscles or flexibility from our previous programs.
TARGET: Cardio- Lift
Saturday: Wildcard Saturdays
Wildcard workouts are designed by our most master trainers who use their experience, intuition, and research to design a kick-butt workout! The perfect workout to end the week. The emphasis on Saturday is to provide a creative and innovative workout with good balance of weights, cardio, and core. It is a great workout that will shred your body up.
Each week our training team finds new ways to challenge you like never before. It’s a great way to head into your weekend. Trainer reviews on these days are 9.9/10!
