With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sandra has a passion for helping women improve their health and fitness, and has helped thousands of ladies achieve their goals. Sandra is known for her creativity in designing workouts that challenge clients both mentally and physically. She lives and breathes what she teaches and is a true role model for our clients. Sandra's workouts are always high-energy, and she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
Scott
Scott is another one of our Master Trainers who brings a wealth of experience to our studio. He has trained thousands of ladies in boot camp-style workouts and is a master at combining different training principles, exercises, and techniques to help clients achieve their goals. Scott's workouts are always high-energy and fun, and he has a knack for making clients laugh while they work hard.
